I’ve never experienced such brazen unprofessionalism from anywhere let alone a government facility. If you can’t conduct yourself around customers you should find a different job. Screaming and slamming an ID down on the counter “I’m not your personal servant,” when asked to change an address and stop mail for the deceased is quite a choice. “Tayiba” displayed behavior that is abhorrent and deplorable as a person let alone someone getting paid to do the job being asked. You get the energy you give. Demanding respect when you didn’t listen to my initial request because you wanted to rush through the line all to end up still being the slowest window because you didn’t listen the first time. You were snotty every time you snatched my id back and threw a stack of address change papers at me when I reminded you the second portion of what I asked for initially. What ever nasty energy you bring to work with you is a downfall on that entire office, and people like you that try to ruin others days by projecting are the scum of society. And to the employee that was next to our window who serviced a customer after me for THE SAME REASON (her father dying) choose to chime in only when his coworker got upset, not when she couldn’t figure out what the actual request was or when the initial miscommunication happens. You think you’re being helpful but you’re not, you should’ve helped her when she looked lost the first time. Instead you waited and then tried to play hero and you look just as dumb as her. Everyone else there has been pleasant and if it weren’t for the spectacular service of the supervisor “Dee,” the only one to have decent offer condolence and not attitude - I wouldn’t return at all as a customer. I don’t plan on using this location ever again after the address change is finished because i do not trust that there will not be retaliation against me or my personal property.

When I went there on July 20th, to mail out a time sensitive certified letter. The agent put the incorrect number for the address I was trying to get it sent out to. We are being threatened with legal action due to this issue. I had to call the USPS center to get it rectified, the agent on the phone let me know the number was incorrect for the address we needed to get it sent to. I appreciate his help, but if we have legal issues over this. Something has to be done.

Don't waste your time coming to this post office! I avoid it like the plague! Go to one of the other substations like the one by bjs, andover or bolton! The service is so much better and worth the trip!
