I went to get a passport done during walk -in hours at 11am and the African American woman told me that they are not processing passport durning walk-in hours. She pretended like she was looking up something on her computer but mind you when I walked in the post office was empty and she wasn’t at her desk, she was chatting with another worker. Please avoid this place and drive to another location. What’s the point of having walk-in hours of you don’t plan of servicing anyone? These people just don’t want to work but they want to collect a paycheck from the community.
