- GSGerald SmithJun 23, 20261.0This had to be the most unprofessional,Rudest staff and manager I have ever encountered, they literally did not inform the pulse box holders that they were cleaning the boxes and will not be able to get our mail for 3 days as of now, try to speak to the manager and their response was it's in the back it'll be sorted sometime in the next 3 days and put back into your box this is so unacceptable since I am paying for the service and not been able to get my mail I had to cancel and doctor's appointment because I wasn't able to get my cards that were mailed to me a week prior
