I arrived at the post office five minutes before closing, and unfortunately, the staff member (Viviana) was very rude and dismissive. She said, “Next time, come earlier,” without showing any willingness to help or even basic courtesy. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of behavior from the staff. As a mother of four, I work hard to balance my responsibilities—work, picking up my children, taking them to activities—and still make the effort to get to the post office on time. Being turned away in such a disrespectful manner, especially when arriving before closing time, is very frustrating. At one point, I was even told to leave because “nothing is going to change the fact that you’re still standing here,” which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect. People in customer service roles should demonstrate patience, empathy, and a willingness to help—not a dismissive or hostile attitude. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service at this location.

Dropped off a card overseas and a woman named Ebony was really nice. The other woman who was next to her? Taller. Plain rude. Not how people want to be greeted especially if you don’t know the type of day people are having.
