- AZAllyson ZornakSep 23, 20261.0First time dealing with them and what a joke. Was trying to get a package from my mom. They delivered to the wrong address. Filed a missing mail claim. Crickets. Went in person and it was the first they have heard of a “missing package”. The gps location of delivery scan was different from address on the package. They told me they’d look into it and I gave them my phone number. Crickets. You can not request refund or file insurance claim until they mark it “lost”… they are trying to save their ass or something idk. It’s not even about the items it’s about the principle. And that my mom tried to do a nice surprise for me and they completely ruined it.
