- VDvincent dyerMay 25, 20261.0Very suspicious experience here and I feel like I’m being punished for not understanding their internal rules. I ship items from eBay every week. This time I just happened to be near this location, they denied my label claiming it was incorrect, I came back in 10 minutes later with another one in QR code format which they argued again was incorrect before ultimately accepting it. After stating how shady and displeased I was with their low effort explanation of why my first label didn’t work, they made some comments towards me implying I just was not intelligent enough to understand the difference. lo and behold the package has been delayed in transit for 3 weeks now! Place seems to me to be a shameful, shady, unacceptable extension of our tax dollars!

He broke the key and rather than changing my package to a different box with a working key, he left me with the broken one. Tried to call and ask if they could help me but 1 million auto prompts later Im over it. Reporting the package to Amazon as not delivered and having another sent. On par apparently for this branch.
