She multitasked but never slighted one person’s experience to accommodate another. You CANNOT train that kind of skill. Someone either has it or they don’t. BIANCA HAS IT! I have never seen such a bright light at any USPS anywhere. Give that young lady a bonus for q3 and a raise. I hope she’s there every time I visit!

Quick and easy process of signing up for a new services. The young man answered all of my questions nicely and I love their 24 hr. access options which are hard to find in other locations. Good experience and I recommend.
