She is slow & seems like it's on purpose & so rude & unprofessional. Will never go back there. Wish I had her name so I could report her

They were last scanned at the office and then according to the lady who is apparantly "the manager" they are somewhere out in the word although they have not been scanned once since over a week ago, and there is absolutely nothing she is willing to do to help. She laughed in my face, called me Baby and Sweetheart passive aggressively over and over like a lunatic, in a sarcastic obnoxious tone and assured me that no one would address her on her rude and unprofessional manner. All of this was witnessed by several other customers who I heard her try to laugh of this exchange with as I was leaving, probably thinking her behaviour was somehow validated. I did lodge several complaints and I will continue to do so until this IS addressed with her - because this is my mission now. And like she said "no one is going to ruin my day, so I have to laugh."

The person behind the desk, was incredibly rude to one of the customers ahead of me, so much so that other customers had to step into assist because there seemed to be a degree of a language barrier and the person behind the desk could not have cared less to help. Even began to mumble and curse under her breath out of frustration. Extremely disappointing.

The woman behind the counter immediately began raising her voice, telling me the package didn’t belong there and that I “should learn how to read.” The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. I understand mistakes happen, but there’s no reason to speak to customers that way. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the location.
