- KTKevin TerryApr 15, 20261.0I hate to leave a negative review, but I have to due to what occurred being so basic. Walked in to get a color copy of a document. Super simple and basic function of any UPS Store franchise. Got told, "We don't do color copies." I'm like, "Huh?" Then, after a little prodding, got informed the color copy function of the copier/printer is not working. I'm like "Ok? I'm 99% certain your store leases that machine. Why haven't you had a technician come out from the company you lease it from to fix it?" No answer. How a UPS Store can operate for even a day or two without the ability to provide color copies to their customer base is beyond my comprehension.

He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to help me with sending my letter without making me feel rushed or confused. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out. It’s not always easy to find customer service like this, and I really appreciated how helpful and attentive he was throughout the whole process. Thank you for such excellent service!he told me his name but I totally forget I think he said Shami or something like that.
