- AMAlicia MarieAug 21, 20261.0STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! Beware of FRAUDULENT EMPLOYEE SUZANNIE C SWANIE and save all receipts from here!!! On two separate occasions they lied about the weight of my packages, adjusting it AFTER I left, once adding 12 lbs, and another time adding 42 POUNDS to my package weight, causing an adjustment of over 130$ in FRAUDULENT shipping fees. Thankfully I always keep the receipt that’s printed which showed the proper weight of 2 and 8 lbs respectively, and have disputed it with corporate. When I went to the location to inquire about correcting the mistake she lied and said her bosses name is ‘Suzannie’ and I have to call and ask for that person if I have a complaint as an attempt to hide her fraudulent activities from her actual supervisors. Not only is she a scammer, she is rude and condescending. Suzannie C Swanie is incompetent and unwilling to assist any issues the she herself has caused. She is always lecturing customers, but yet when feedback was given to her she cowardly ran to the back and refused to address my concerns and continued lying about who her boss is saying her boss is Suzannie- the name on her name tag. So rude I couldn’t even get my question out before she ran away and refused to help since she knows what she did and is trying to get away with her fraud. Beware.
