- CDCin DOct 29, 20221.0Constant issues with package not being delivered to correct address. When calling to complain after the millionth time, they act as if it’s my fault for their incompetence. Now when I try to call the office, they changed their phone system where you can’t speak to anyone at the Farmington post office as their phone DOESNT WORK. i have to now stalk my mailbox to get a hold of the mailman not knowing when any of my mail will be delivered to complain about where my packages are.

We act as the neighborhood mail carrier since improper delivery is nearly a daily occurrence. Stamps ordered from USPS not delivered but my local post office insists it was delivered. Promised phone call from my local (Farmington CT) never happens HELP!!!!!!! .
