  I absolutely love coming to this post office on Enfield Street! Every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to help. On one visit, I brought in a package containing important documents. A postal employee recommended a mailing envelope that would better protect my documents, and I’m so glad they did. They took the time to explain the different options instead of just rushing me through the process. I also had another very important piece of mail to send. I knew I wanted more than just delivery confirmation, and the staff carefully explained the available services and recommended the best option for my situation. Thanks to their guidance, the recipient had to sign for it, and everything arrived safely exactly as planned. That extra peace of mind meant so much to me. This wasn’t just a one-time great experience I’ve been coming to this location several times, and the service is consistently excellent. The employees are knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and truly care about helping their customers. I highly recommend this post office to anyone in the Enfield area. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service every time I visit. Thank you to the entire team for always making each experience such a pleasant one!

  Not a very good experience. I sell online and I noticed the packages I’ve been dropping off are not being scanned until days later resulting in some of my orders being canceled... I ended up kindly asking the woman working there if she knows what could possibly be happening? Maybe they’re being missed or potentially stolen somehow? She was super short with me, just flatly answering “no” and seemed like she did not care at all. It was pretty odd and awkward. There was no solution and I left feeling defeated.

  If you don’t want to give a good service why work in a place like that ? The women today has zero energy to help me or get a solution with a simple BOX . With that attitude we not going back to this place :( Hope you that read me have a better experience than me :) Bless

  The reviews I read about this place were not so good and was skeptical about going there. I went there and the store was well maintained according to the safety of the customers. The employee was quick and did their work efficiently.
