  When I had come into the store last week, I was pretty down in the dumps. My dog had been missing for two days at this point. I had gone in to print some flowers to post around the neighborhood. The worker named Steven saw what I was printing and offered kind words about how he believes my dog will come home. He asked to keep a flier "cause you never know where you'll find those rambunctious mutts" Later that night, I had gotten a call from a unknown number and to my excitement, it was Steven letting me know he had found my dog Scooter! Thanks to him, me and Scoot Scoot were reunited

  Had the worst experience ever! Linda, the manager was a total disaster! She Wasn’t willing to help with what I thought “was her job!” She didn’t want to weigh or measure my package so that it could be shipped. Which is odd because ISNT THAT WAHT THE STORE IS FOR? I was told that the “UPS store was different” which I didn’t understand and she refused to explain. I was met with aggression and a rude attitude. Which I assumed she was maybe having a bad day but then I realized how pleasant she was with all the other customers who just so happened to be of a different race. She through my package then Proceeded to tell me to never return to the store.

  This was about a month ago at this point. I had just dropped off some packages for Amazon return the process was super smooth and went off no issue at all. Never done it before and the gentleman inside with the big beard and tattoos Steven I think his name was helped me through it no issue. The real reason I am giving this 5 stars is when I went out to my car there was a raccoon eatting someones left overs they spilt on the parking lot. I freaked out and started to yell and then that same guy who helped me RAN outside and shouted at it until it backed off away from my car. I was a bit awe struck as this stranger made sure I was safe. I have not been back as I am a bit embarrassed but he should for sure get some sort of merrit. Hope this helps, A thankful UPS customer
