- CCCarmen CoughlinJun 27, 20265.0I have always had excellent service at this post office. A couple days ago, I mailed a padded envelope at the Ellington post office. A half hour after I left I realized I had transposed two numbers on the address. I called the post office and Michelle went and dug out my envelope from the bin and corrected it for me. Thank you so much! Very much appreciated!
- GRGrand RomanticMay 29, 20261.0I came looking for a package that was misplaced, and the lady up front, I believe her name was Sharon, was incredibly rude to me. I barely got a word in before she started treating me like an absolute nuisance. I called back later to confirm, as she had barely answered my questions, and to my bad luck I received her on the phone as well, just as nasty and u helpful as before. No sympathy for my issue and very unfriendly. If I ever have to go back there I hope I dont run into her.
