I dropped off an item for it to be scanned an hour ago and did not see that it was scanned ( as it always notifies me on my end saying that it has been scanned by USPS.) I saw that I did not receive an update saying it was scanned, so I decided to call. I kindly asked that question and his response was extremely rude, belittling, and his tone of voice was also rude. I then told him that he did not have to respond in such a rude way, as I spoke in a kind manner and that is all I simply wanted to know. He then proceeded to say “what did you say? I can’t hear you mam.” Go retake some customer service lessons or something. Absolutely rude.
