- ANAnya NicoleJun 8, 20261.0I went today with about 20 standard thank you cards to mail out. Instead of scanning the letters with postage the associate said it would be easier for me to buy the stamps and affix them to each envelope myself. I mentioned to her that there should be an easier way to do so. I to worked in a setting with postage machines but she insisted that this was best way. At 9 months pregnant, standing in line for 10 minutes and then having to put my own stamps on the envelopes was ridiculous. I could’ve put purchased the stamps elsewhere and put them on at home.

Hire people who actually want to work for this community with a smile on their face. It unacceptable how rude and unethical these employees are. They get away with too much and it’s time to stop.

- SGSygel GreenApr 16, 20261.0Rosalind was very rude and her attitude was so despicable and unprofessional first of all she had her face down in the phone before she acknowledged me her coworker had to say something before she take her head out of the phone, she didnt know how to treat customers and she wasnt knowledgeable about the services offered at the post office She was rushing me with what I went there for and when I ask her about the stamps she said I have to pay before she answered anything....smh...I ended paying for something that I didnt want because of her lack of knowledge and lacking in professionalism.. I hope they put her in the back to work next time or better yet find something more suitable for her attitude to do.. IE something that doesn't have to do with customer service.
