Reprimanded by yhe clerk regarding having the "wrong" customs form, which is the same one I've been using for 2.5 years. Was never given the option of how I wanted it sent. I questioned he guy, and was again reprimanded. All this time, I never got a hello, good morning...nothing. left with my package, a line behind me (while another worker just sat there in her phone). This guy way beyond rude. I will never go back.

I have gone in and called to speak with them multiple times to fix this and every time, I am told it is taken care of. My flag was up for 4 days and my mail was not taken. I am waiting on important documents that were supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago, I have no clue what they are doing with my mail. This issue needs to be fixed. I will be calling to file a formal complaint if this issue is not resolved once I go in again this week.
