I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BY A MAN WHOM ANSWERED THE PHONE, REFUSED TO HELP ME WITH MY MISSING MAIL, AND REFUSED TO GET MANAGEMENT INVOLVED; I DIDN'T EVEN GET A CHANCE TO ASK FOR MORE HELP. NOW, I DON'T KNOW IF HE WAS OVERWHELMED BY HIS JOB, I DON'T KNOW IF HE HAS A PERSONAL ISSUE AT HOME THAT IS KEEPING HIM FROM DOING HIS JOB WELL/SUFFICIENTLY BUT HE DID NOT HELP ME AND I AM A LEGAL U.S. CITIZEN WITH A MAIL ISSUE. HE OFFERED ME NOTHING. I WISH I KNEW HIS NAME, BECAUSE I WOULD COMPLAIN TO HIS SUPERVISOR. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A ONE-STAR REVEIW BUT THIS MAN WAS SO EXTREMELY RUDE, I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING.... We were shocked and alarmed to find a email saying we had requested "routine" which takes 4-6 weeks. Now, because of this error that shouldn't have occurred, someone will not be able to study abroad.
