Felt racially profiled and noticed how someone like me got treated the same for questions we both had . If you can’t deal w people get a job that you don’t have to deal w people .

There was tape available on the table, but I was told I couldn’t use it and would need to purchase an entire roll just to ship my package. Because of that, I ended up leaving without shipping it. This felt unreasonable and not customer-friendly, especially since I only needed a small amount of tape. Situations like this make the experience frustrating and inconvenient. A little flexibility for something so minor would go a long way toward better customer service.
