There was tape available on the table, but I was told I couldn’t use it and would need to purchase an entire roll just to ship my package. Because of that, I ended up leaving without shipping it. This felt unreasonable and not customer-friendly, especially since I only needed a small amount of tape. Situations like this make the experience frustrating and inconvenient. A little flexibility for something so minor would go a long way toward better customer service.

I always use this specific UPS store for all my printing and shipping needs because they always take such good care of me.
