- KSK Scott1 day ago5.0My mother was visiting me from Michigan and had her prescription medication forwarded to my home in Danbury. Unfortunately, the package was returned because she does not permanently live at my address. We came to the post office three days in a row trying to find out what had happened, but no one was able to locate the package or explain where it had gone. My mother was extremely worried because she could not get a replacement, and her insurance would not cover another refill. Then we met Ritu, and everything changed. She took the time to listen, thoroughly researched the issue, and refused to give up until she found my mother’s medication. Her determination, knowledge, and genuine compassion turned an incredibly stressful situation into one of relief and gratitude. My mother was so thankful that she wanted to give Ritu money to show her appreciation, but Ritu kindly refused and simply said she was happy she was able to find the medication. Employees like Ritu are rare. She went far beyond what anyone expected, treating us with kindness, respect, and extraordinary dedication. Her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to helping others reflect the very best of the USPS. We will never forget her compassion and outstanding service. She truly deserves the highest recognition for going above and beyond. She We need more people like her in this world. I wish she let me post her photo then everyone knows who she is .well done Thanks you Ritu.

She didn’t complain at all and was happy to help. I wish everyone had such a positive attitude everywhere else. The other staff at this location looked happy to help as well.
