- MBMonica BuckleMay 14, 20265.0The Cos Cob post office has the best postmaster, Frank. He goes above and beyond and I am always confident in mailing important packages since they arrive at their destination on time, unlike every other post office.
- ABAlly BernsteinApr 30, 20261.0The service in this post office is horrible. My mother has had issues with this lady, I’ve had issues with this lady, and now my fiancé has had issues. A older Hispanic woman that works at this location shouldn’t be working with the public. She won’t give her name and she doesn’t wear a badge which is what the complaint line told me she should be wearing. She is always either on the phone or talking to other people while she has a customer in front of her. She was the one that did the transaction for me with an international package that was being held up in customs. She said she didn’t have time to look into it (was on her cell phone talking in Spanish) and talking to me at the same time. She told me to leave my info and she would call me. She never did and it’s been over 3 weeks. My fiancé went in to see if she can help and ask for an update and he received the same treatment. I ended up calling the postal service in London and they confirmed that she never put on the label that stated what the package contained and it will be sent back. Where do they find these people

I have been here a few times and every time I go in he is standing there not helping anyone when the line is 5 people long and taking forever while his one employee tries to help everyone. Once when i was there there was a line of about 3 people and the woman at the counter was being helped for about ten minutes when a more attractive woman came into the office the manager jumped in to help her AND LET HER SKIP THE LINE OF PEOPLE WAITING. Absolutely not okay and so unprofessional.
