- AKAllison KelleyAug 13, 20221.0This is the worst post office. I constantly have packages and important mail that says it was delivered and never was. They had my passport sitting in a delivery drivers truck for days after it said delivered. My sons drivers permit is now “lost” and all they do is say sorry it was someone else filling in and I have to pay for a replacement? I’m sick of the understaffed excuse. EVERY PLACE is under staffed. They need to pay attention and do their job.

As I waited in a line of full miserable people, that only took out there impaitence on her because they didn't want to wait patiently in line. She stayed positive with a smile behind her mask the entire time. I had several questions and she personally went above and beyond to assist me! Thank you again Selma for your customer service and hospitality!!! This specific employee deserves a raise!!!!
- MGMichelle GrantApr 13, 20181.0Mail delivery woman can't seem to deliver packages to house. Always leaves slip in box saying I wasn't home. (Not true) Will not deliver to house no matter how many time I complain to postmaster. Postmaster has made her come all the way back to my house to deliver and next package did it again. This is why people stop using their service!
