- SPSheri PasqualoniJun 17, 20265.0I visit the UPS store in Clinton and Guilford several times a month and the team there is absolutely incredible! I don’t normally write reviews, but the owner, Jeff and his employees Jo and Josh consistently go above and beyond! Recently, a high-end department store claimed they didn’t receive my return, and Jo and Josh went to a lot of work to print out all the documentation proving delivery. I was able to get my full refund thanks to them!! On another occasion, they tracked and rerouted gifts for my nieces that I accidentally sent to the wrong address! There are many many other examples, but in all cases their helpful and kind demeanor shines through! I am constantly amazed by how cheerful and patient they remain no matter how busy the stores get. They are truly the best! So grateful for them!

- SLSherry LaConteMar 3, 20261.0Beaded on others experiences at this store I am not alone in my experience with a particular older male employee. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently he does not want to process returns to Amazon or Happy Returns. His exact words to me when I said Hello, I have returns were “of course you do” in a very condescending voice. He then grabbed the first one out of my hand aggressively and threw it on the scale. I was shocked. I have shipped and returned other items at this store and have not had an issue with other employees until this man. I will not be back because he was that bad. I’ll now drive further and use Staple for my returns and shipping needs. Treating customers in that manner is completely unacceptable. Make a change.
