- EBEllen BruennJul 3, 20261.0Terrible service and follow through from the USPS on several complaints lodged. Our business location on Sandbank Road rarely gets consistent mail and we have missing mail (customer checks) constantly and mail that doesn’t even make it to our mailbox and goes missing entirely. The carriers at this location have delivered our mail to other business mail slots when it clearly states our address and suite number on the mail pieces so obviously they do not care and do not read and just toss the mail randomly wherever they feel like it. We also get other business mail when their address is clearly written on the mail we receive. Completely unacceptable!

Constantly missing packages, Issues with mail forwarding, etc. The employees are not too bright and don't have the mental capacity to even try to care. They do always have an excuse why its not their fault for anything though. Avoid at any and all cost if you can. I wish i could. Zero stars.
- HMHunter MalzMar 11, 20261.0Wish i could leave 0 stars, Bald Gentleman with glasses had quite an attitude for no reason when all i had was a simple question, and maybe it was a little too hard for him to understand, but it was simple enough, Also after making me wait over 30 minutes without help or an answer he started arguing with another gentleman who ALSO had such a simple question inquiring about a phone number he needed for his PASSPORT. Maybe this is the gentlemen others have complained about? i’ve seen quite a lot of the same coming from this place and nothing has been fixed CLEARLY. Do better and do your damn job…
