- NONate OFeb 28, 20231.0Sent a package to my old address by accident. Yes it’s my mistake but I called them directly 3 different times and got 3 different answers about my package getting forwarded. They let the package sit there two weeks before finally getting me in touch with the post master after several calls. Finally she actually knew how to fix this issue. Very incompetent workers. They should be trained and informed better. If you plan on talking to any one at this location talk to the postmaster and only the postmaster or you may never get any progress on your situation.
