- CMChris MorrisJan 3, 20261.0I get notification saying a package was attempted to be delivered, but no one was available when I am sitting about 5 feet away from the front door. Driveway is clear and there is no reason they couldn’t deliver the package. This happens regularly. When you try to call, no one answers the phone absolutely no accountability with the United States Postal Service
- MLMalina LaroJun 6, 20251.0We have lived here not even 6 months and we have consistently gotten the wrong packages delivered, equating to about 1 per month. I try to call but to no avail because I don’t have a tracking number for a package that is not mine. We are NOT getting paid by them to deliver packages so why are we expected to do their jobs for them? If I could talk to an actual human, I would not have to leave a review. I understand accidents happen, but 6 mis-delivered packages in 6 months is encroaching on a little much.

This isn't the first time...if you don't like your job, find something else . Vicki was rude and ignorant and nothing but helpful!!
