  Not even a star this place deserves. I am upset to the point of filing a written complaint . I very often get my neighbor's mail while mine is no where to be found. After a few years of this I finally called the Burlington CT post office to complaint. Of course the call didn't go well. Next step is to file a formal complaint with the USPS office of the Consumer Advocate.

  I had a passport appointment scheduled on 3/15. When I arrived, the woman at the counter said “you could have done this yourself, you didn’t need an appointment.” I told her the reason I was there is because I was not sure if I had done everything correctly and I specifically made an appointment to be assisted in process. She handed me an envelope and told me to fill it out outside and come back when I am done. She did not help me at all. I even had to ask her if I had filled out the form correctly, to which she responded that I had. Come to today, a month later, I receive an email from the National Passport Center, stating that I need to redo my entire application because I sent in the wrong form. I have a trip planned in a couple of weeks, and now I am unsure if my passport will even arrive in time. I am extremely upset with the rude, unprofessional, lacking-in-knowledge services at this location. I had made an appointment for a reason and walked out that day uncertain that I had even gone through the process correctly since I was not helped whatsoever. I will likely be filing a formal complaint.

  Wouldn't recommend. Made an appointment for our family of 6 to get our passports done. We receive numerous text messages and emails confirming and reminding us of our appointment. So we get up early on our only day off, get all 6 of us ready and out the door on a Saturday morning, show up on time and are told, "Sorry, we don't have anyone here who can do your passports. You can go to Unionville." I ask if Unionville will honor our appointment that we had in Burlington and am told yes. I don't quite buy this so we call Unionville on our way there. Guess what, they were not able to honor the appointment. So, a total waste of time.

  Renna is the worst postmaster ever. Very rude. She just hung up on me. USPS should be shut down and we should all use private services. Do yourself a favor, if its important use FedEx or UPS.
