- TTtagine tagineJun 2, 20262.0We have had multiple packages marked as delivered. And then they're not there. We chased down the substitute driver and she then said, oh I know where I left that! And then came back to where we chased her down to, she for some reason didnt want us to view where it was. Then it happened again at Christmas time with another sub delivery person, when our regular mailman came back he made zero effort to find out who misdelivered it, and where it was. Those scanner devices do note the time it was delivered so that should correlate to the time and location at which that person was. Then it happened a 3rd time in April when he was away. Needless to say, he's away now so we're not getting any packages delivered it's too stressful.

Box would be this difficult but the process has been ridiculous and no one knows the correct information and the ones who have access to the P.O. Box system are never at work (third time going in and informed both are off and won’t be in until the next day which never comes).
