Absolutely appalling customer service. I went into this USPS office expecting the bare minimum level of courtesy and assistance. Instead, when I needed to write an address and asked the employee (black female employee with blondie dreadlocks) if I could use her pen, she refused to share it. Yes—a pen. Apparently, allowing a customer to use a pen long enough to write an address was too much to ask. I’ve encountered plenty of poor customer service, but this level of needless unhelpfulness was genuinely impressive. There was no attempt to be accommodating, no effort to offer a reasonable alternative—just a flat refusal over something this trivial. If you're working in a customer-facing position at a post office, basic courtesy and helping customers complete routine postal business should not be considered an unreasonable burden. I walked in needing a pen and walked out wondering how an employee could make such a tiny interaction feel so unnecessarily hostile and unpleasant. If this is the standard of customer service at this location, they’ve set the bar so low it would be difficult to trip over it.USPS should close this branch based on its poor customer service and abysmal google reviews.

This is the worst USPS office I have ever visited. A young woman—with exaggeratedly long, fake eyelashes (I mention this so you’ll know who it is if you happen to get stuck with her)—was really mean to me. It happened after I handed her a driver's license I had found on the street, asking them to mail it back to its owner. She asked me why I was giving it to her; I explained that they typically provide this kind of public service, but she told me she wouldn't do anything with it—that she would just hand it over to her supervisor, who might very well just throw it away. When she saw the look of annoyance on my face, she said, "If you want to pay for the shipping yourself, you can do that—but I’m certainly not going to."

Why doesn't this location have a self service kiosk? 40 minute wait every single time....I have to get a receipt since my packages disappear regularly.
