She does not have a strong understanding how to ship packages and gets short with customers because of it. I’ve always come in with very straight forward shipping with QR codes off of EBay. There is always a problem with her and I’ve always had zero issue at other locations. Will just be bypassing the Bethel location from now on

However, that does not constitute "attempting" to delivery a package I have been waiting on, only to say the delivery failed "due to a blocked receptacle". Both my driveway and mailbox are clear and I find this unacceptable. Called this local office after 800-ask-usps offered no resolution only to be told they will not attempt delivery until tomorrow. I paid for faster shipping and don't even have the option to retrieve my package at your local office? This is the 3rd time I've had an issue with packages coming out of your office that don't get delivered on time due to completely bogus circumstances. There was zero effort to attempt to delivery to me personally or to my door on more than one occasion. Absolutely unacceptable. Customer service over the phone was also rude and offered zero resolution. "They will try to deliver it tomorrow. Look at the roads outside. You think we can deliver mail in this weather?!"

We go during the week where the lines seem to move quickly or are short to begin with. Also helpful with EDDM mailing for bulk mail. Nice, local and friendly !!
