- RRRachelJun 9, 20261.0Awful experience, everytime I have gone to any post office returning an item in the bag they just tape it and I go on my way. Today I went and was forced to buy a roll of tape just to tape it up and that this man offered after seeing me visibly annoyed. He told me the tape was only “priority” but still any time I’ve gone it has never been an issue like this, his attitude was awful and I have heard it from multiple people

There is one guy who either will review himself on the screen for the customer survey or tell you how to review by telling you to press the green face. When I first started going, he gave me these massive black sharpies to fill out shipping addresses on boxes with. So they looked awful. He didn’t bother telling me I could spend just a couple dollars on a label so that I could write it in pen instead. I also called up after leaving to ask them to please place a fragile sticker on my package. I could hear people giggling in the background after being transferred over. I spoke with the same guy. He told me it wasn’t possible because the truck already came. Then he hung up on me. Then there is another guy there who tells you to have a good day and then proceeds to throw the receipt on the counter instead of handing it to you. Needless to say, I eventually had enough and started going to another location. Idk how any of these employees got hired to begin with. Terrible customer service.
