  I recently visited The UPS Store in Berlin, CT 06037, and wanted to share an outstanding experience I had with your employee, William. William went above and beyond to help me. Even though he was already assisting another customer, he immediately welcomed me and made sure I knew I had been seen. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. It was hands-down the best customer service I’ve received in any business in a very long time. Because of William’s exceptional service, I will definitely be back and will choose The UPS Store over FedEx or any other shipping company going forward. Thank you, William!   William, Thank you for assisting me getting the package of memories to the son of a departed friend. Kindness in a time of grief is appreciated. In theses crazy times, when kindness is not in abundance as it should be, you are a breath of fresh air.

  William is so very helpful he figured out form on my phone to expedite my return. He was just so patient and timely and very engaging. This UPS store and he are amazing and will help with anything you need. Thank you William!!!

  I don't normally write Google reviews, but William absolutely earned this one. I'm a disabled veteran, and I was in the middle of trying to finalize a loan modification to keep my home. I was running out of time and desperately needed a document notarized. I first went to Webster Bank in New Britain, where one employee was willing to help, but another employee was dismissive and refused to assist me. I understand businesses can have their own policies, but after already being stressed, it was incredibly discouraging. I called the UPS Store in Berlin, and they told me to come right over. Not only did William take care of my notary immediately, but he also helped arrange the second witness I needed so everything could be completed on the spot. William was genuinely kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. My favorite part, oddly enough, was when I told my friend, "Sign here," and William smiled and said, "Please." It was such a small moment, but it said everything about the kind of person he is. Even while doing something he probably handles countless times every year, he treated me with respect and compassion. He truly helped me during a stressful moment when every minute mattered. If anyone from UPS reads these reviews, William deserves to be recognized for the way he treats people. Exceptional customer service is one thing, but genuine kindness is something you don't forget. Thank you again, William. God bless you brother!

  William was so courteous and helpful as this was my first time mailing a handmade stuffed toy to a friend and he was so helpful! In fact all the people in the Berlin CT UPS were so helpful. I think I’ve found my UPS Store :)
