- IMIan malespiniSep 12, 20265.0I rent a UPS mailbox here for my online business so I can receive packages, and the experience has been great. The customer service is amazing! William and Jack are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always have a great attitude. Super nice guys. I highly recommend this location!
- RGR GSep 4, 20263.0I would give this place 5+ Stars if it weren't for this one associate they have working there. She is the absolute worst employee ever. Not sure what her problem is, but she rarely speaks or says hello. She's always in a horrible mood and acts like you're creating a major inconvenience by walking in the door. The gentleman who manages the place is awesome. Nicest guy ever and extremely helpful to anyone and everyone. They have a "help wanted" sign on the door, so it's not like they have an abundance of employees to cover all hours and all shifts. Otherwise, I'm assuming they would have fired this lady months ago. If it weren't so convenient to come here I'd find another place to go.
- CGcheryl gilloolySep 3, 20265.0Although I've wanted to send reviews I never do. So this is a first. I want to acknowledge William who helped me. I came in to return a large beach buggy with balloon tires, and I had stupidly got rid of the box, and needed to return it to Amazon. I was stressed it was going to cost me a fortune to return due to the oversized shipment. William was so pleasant, he helped me get the things to the counter, and took the measurements. He said "this is a long shot, but I think I may have something that'll work", and he comes back with the box, and he was able to get the buggy and the 2 balloon tires to all fix like a puzzle! Such a pleasant experience, and it only cost $19.99! I hope UPS knows what a model employee William is, and compensates him well!
