  For a couple of months now, I have tried to log into my Rewards Drop account and it says it needs to send a verification email to me. Well, I never get that verification email. I have reached out numerous times to customer support, but no response ever. Terrible service.

  Delivery driver cancelled my prepaid water delivery because I rejected his advances. Now I am told that my delivery has been delayed by a week.

  Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Primo Brands Water is completely unreliable and clearly does not care about its customers. My deliveries NEVER arrive, and I am sick of calling over and over again just to get nowhere. Customer service is useless — they give the same fake apologies and promises every single time, yet nothing ever gets fixed. It’s honestly pathetic that a company delivering something as basic as water can fail this badly. I’ve wasted my time waiting for deliveries that never come and dealing with constant frustration for absolutely no reason. If you want dependable service, stay far away from this company because they clearly do not care once they have your money.

  Let’s see? Why am I an unhappy customer? 1) No delivery on January 14th (3 calls and 2 chat conversations to customer service). 2) Rectification for 1/14/26 was promised on January 16th at 4:29 pm (2 calls and 1 chat). Recv’d text at 4:29 pm “Ooops! There’s a delay in your order. It’s is rescheduled for January 21st”. Called customer service to cancel service but was promised (3) deliveries at 50% off and free delivery for January 21st. 3) 3) It is January 21st as I’m typing this and NO DELIVERY!!! Whelp, now we know why I’m calling customer service this evening to cancel service and pick up the water dispenser (mind you that I paid the rental fee for the dispenser days ago) I haven’t used since 1/13/26 when I initially anticipated my 1st delivery. How to lose a customer in LESS THAN 60 days!!! This needs to be studied…

  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find another water delivery company because this is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Delivery is constantly pushed at least 3-5 days EVERY SINGLE MONTH and customer service is despicable so do yourself the favor and at least try someone else first. It isn’t worth the hassle so definitely find another delivery service.
