- WBWill BartlettJul 18, 20261.0Package delivered 7/17- went 7/18 to pick up. The “supervisor” Rhonda had already returned the package. Rhonda displayed the worse customer service I’ve seen. She loves to run her mouth about the customers in the back. Then when you call her out for running her mouth, she just hides in the back. I have no clue how they have employed this sort of supervisor for 20 years with these reviews. The reviews line up on their incapability to receive mail & packages for their customers. But only due to Rhonda being lazy and unhappy and unwilling to do her job. The young man there was very helpful and polite. He was doing his best to help me find the package & showed me the actual proof of big Rhonda returning the package same day (compared to her just waddling around the back yelling “I think I returned it already, just say that”.) Don’t get anything shipped here if you are visiting (which the whole town relies on tourism, but big Rhonda doesn’t understand that)

The young guy who appeared to be recovering from a party said we are understaffed and under new management??? What’s that got to do with a package being late? Went back 5 days later and the package showed up but we wanted it sent back to sender. At the end of our transaction there is a “rate your service” prompt. The worker reached over and pressed the smiley faced icon!!!!! Yes the postal worker pressed it, not me🤯 I would have pressed the frown icon. Literally the WORST PO experience ever. And I’m a retired postal employee!

- MKMaurice KirwanMar 31, 20261.0Really started slipping about 18-20 years ago. I thought that when the previous postmaster(that everyone complained about) left it would have improved. It may have actually got worse. Rhonda is the only redeeming aspect of wppo. The rest of them couldn't care less about the community. I cannot remember having a positive interaction there in years unless it is with Rhonda.
