- RCRobbie CamilleriSep 27, 20232.0Tried to inquire about tracking inconsistencies where items would show "delivered" then show up days later, or "delivery attempted" when we were home and cameras showed no one approach the residence. Employee who took my call was very dismissive, discourteous, but made a GREAT case for privatizing all mail correspondence and abolishing the inefficient post office. *Update* employee retaliated by using the complaint information to stalk me through social media: by alleging corruption/libel, bombardment of name calling, and making fun of veterans. Telling me and my family to "go back to where we came from" and telling others she delivers my mail and that I am "too lazy" to pick it up every day. Disgusting and sad. I hope she finds whatever she needs to for her own peace of mind. Totally unacceptable that she is entrusted to deliver mail when she treats customers on her route like this.

They make you post at least 1 star. The new post master is worthless my mail not getting here. You think a po box they wouldn't miss mail. Post master was very rude, says she doesn't scan mail. Which they do.

I make every effort to use my local post office for this very reason. Leona is one of the kindest Women I have dealt with, she always remembers to ask how my aunt is doing that I help take care of. She goes out of her way to be kind.
