  I came in to ship a package. I brought my (expensive) ebike in because there was no bike parking and I didn't want it to get stolen. I asked about the shipping services and the guy just stared at me like I was a freak, completely ignored my questions, and told me to take my bike out of the store. There was no one else in the store so it's not like the bike was in anyone's way either. I will not be returning to this UPS store.

  I send a lot of packages from this UPS store. Every time I come in, the staff is helpful, especially Ashley and Rozohn. I have a mailbox here, I send packages and returns, and I have used them for notary services. Everything has always been great!

  I am in this UPS location at least 3 times a week! I have the associates fax, make copies, scan etc. I have family back home that I send packages. The associates Ashley, Louie, Rozohn, Taylor I could not ask for more. They are all so patient, kind and helpful. Sometimes it is insanely busy and they treat each customer the same. They go the extra mile. Thank you and really appreciate each and everyone of you.

  Louie B was amazing! Our packing label was smeared slightly and he told us in detail what to expect and possible issues, then he offered to reprint our packing label for no charge and spent 5 minutes helping us. THEN he offered to help us with our Amazon return so we wouldn’t have to wait for self service! He made the experience so positive for us! Thank you Louie!!
