  Going to this ups is always a pleasure they take care of my needs in a timely manner Ashley is great she is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff thank you so much Ashley for helping me get a package to my mom in auch a short time thank you ups team yall are great

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to use this store for a very specific return. The woman was curt, rude and dismissive. I had my QR code open before coming in and it swiped off my screen so I needed like 10 seconds to find it, she was like oh you don't have it, let me know when you do and walked away from me. I was like no, I have it right here. I lamented that a different store had wifi out so I had to drive all the way to this one. She replied with a comment that it happens all the time and there's nothing we can do, not our fault. I wasn't even commenting about this store and she was very defensive. I will avoid this place in the future. Highly recommend finding a different store.

  The staff was nice enough. But the cost within a day from another store in Belmar was $10 more. I honestly didnt realize these were franchises. Sadly, I feel like they are taking advantage of people. I won't be going back to this location.

  This has been my go to UPS store for a very long time. I think a couple of years ago it went under new management. The crabby lady who grumbled at everything is gone. Now there's a guy named Rozohn and he's awesome. Always helpful, polite and professional. I was there one time, waiting in line along with 4 other women and this blustery man came in and demanded to cut in front of everyone else because he just needed to pick up a package. He got really rude and obnoxious and was yelling at Rozohn, who never lost his cool. I on the other hand did not refrain from telling the guy off who left in a huff. But Rozohn never blinked. He just smiled at all of us and took care of business. Whatever I bring in whether Amazon return or UPS package or USPS mail, he's there to help.
