  I went to this location which was 30 minutes from me. I called prior to going for shredding to ask if I needed to have separate bagging for them to keep or if they would give me my bags back. I also asked how much it would be per pound to shred. The girl told me .89 per pound then she also asked someone else. I chose to go to this location because of the price. Once I got there they told me the price was 1.59 per pound. I told them that I did call prior, twice and they told me .89 per pound. My sister had checked for me online as well 3 days prior and located them as the cheaper place to go when she called. If you call the number for that location off 99th Wadsworth it also says .89 per pound. I told her that she should honor the price that was told to me and she said no she could not do that. She had blue hair and maybe a new manager and she did not have the authority to make that decision. I think training is lacking maybe.

  For some reason when I asked the name of one of the employees he refused to give it to me until I threatened to call the owner. Just wanted to know the name of the employee I was dealing with since he wasn’t wearing a name tags and he reluctantly gave his name. Shouldn’t have been such a problem to know the name of the employee I’m dealing with.

  The young woman had took care of me. It was very helpful and kind, even though they were slammed due to Amazon prime days. Very grateful for their help.

  I had a print job that was incorrectly formatted. Venus was able to figure out the issue and quickly get it done. The store was very busy and their were two trucks picking up all at the same time. The staff was really efficient and greeted everyone with a smile.

  Venos (sp?) was so friendly and fun! She made shipping sentimental family items painless. She was even ready with an open hug if it would make our day better!
