    This location is the WORST and most EGREGIOUS store, I’ve ever visited!!! They do not value customers and will treat you poorly!! Shawn has a nasty attitude and causes issues, he then lies and yells at the customer! I watched him yell at a female customer today for his mistake!! Shawn, in my opinion is untrustworthy, rude, cruel, accusatory, and beyond disrespectful!!! Go elsewhere for services!! The owner of this location is just as bad as Shawn!!! I will be sending my complaint to corporate and I told the female customer to do the same! They wanted to take photos of a customer’s credit card, identification card with their phone!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! They then threatened the poor customer and she did nothing wrong!!! SHAWN MADE THE MISTAKE AND HE YELLED AT THE CUSTOMER!!! He was then badmouthing the customer to other customers as she stood outside to use her phone!!! THIS IS THE USA ~ TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!!!

    I just encountered one of the RUDEST employees I have ever dealt with. He had long hair and black frame glasses. Instead of explaining to me what I needed to correct my return he got ugly and demanded I needed a bag (which my item was being returned in the bag it came in.) Then argued with me about how my other item wasn't in its original box (the box wasn't ever opened!) ups needs to put this ugly person in check because no one deserves to be talked too like this just for returning items.

    Don't ship UPS. Your package will be late and not actually delivered to the person you addresses it to, making them go pick it up. This company has opted to save money by not providing customer service. If you want your package ever delivered, use anyone else!

    Very unfriendly staff, told me I had to ship my item in the original box it was packaged in when Amazon says otherwise, I tried to explain but he wouldn't let me or help me out.
