  Randomly closed on arrival for an hour. Completely ridiculous. If you're going to close for lunch you have to post that somewhere.

  Thank you Shannon! The driver messed up the drop off, and I drove all the way from Colorado Springs to pick an item up needed tonight. Shannon waited after hours, called around, and solved the issue. 5 stars for Shannon, 4 for FedEx.

  I took in an item to ship to my parents. It weighed about 50 lbs and I needed them to box it up and ship it. The items cost me over $800. I specifically asked the lady if she needed any help boxing the item. She stated no, they will take care of it. My mom received the item today and it was completely broke. The lady put the item in the box and put some paper around it. THAT'S IT. Just paper, no bubble rap or anything else. Completely unacceptable. I will never go to this place again and I would recommend not going there to ship. We now have to go through the long process of getting our refund from FedEx. Not to mention the lady delivering the item was rolling it up to my parents house. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO PACKAGE ITEMS.

  I looked up a the nearest FedEx so I could ship off a package and came across this one. I was initially turned off by the rating and the location but read some reviews and decided to go for it in hopes that I might meet Kai. The reviews made it sound like HE was the one that you wanted to encounter when headed to this FedEx and I was hoping for the best. The location is closer to the left side of the Walmart if you're looking at it so maybe part there? Anyway, I got to the FedEx inside the store and while small, it was enough. There was one customer ahead of me and one worker that I saw. Kai. He immediately waved off the person ahead of me and set straight to work, in helping me ship my package internationally. It would turn out later that the person he cast aside to help me was his own father. Kai willingly put his job first in this moment and I was glad for it. Kai was polite, kind and composed. He asked me all the information we needed to get this package shipped and all customs and duty forms handled straight away. No messing around and straight to it, the guy was efficient, quick and someone that all other FedEx employees should hold in high esteem. The package was soon, weighed, measured, labeled and sent on the way to its final destination and I walked completely satisfied and happy with the service provided by Kai. Thank you Kai for being a righteous employee. Thank you.
