  I have been here and have needed to call multiple times and Tom had always been the kindest and most patient person. I have never had an issue and my prints come out great! Thank you Tom!

  Let me first off say that Tim deserves a raise for his excellent customer service and was the only reason I came back here. When I initially went in, he stayed with me from start to finish and was extremely polite, nice, and efficient in helping me fax something. I went a few weeks ago and there were two women working here. I had to interrupt them to get some help with the fax machine. Literally just wanted to make sure I was sending a fax correctly. The two girls had no other customers. I asked this older gal with white hair (didn’t get her name wish I did) acted like it was going to kill her to come over to the fax machine to help me. When she dragged herself over there she literally stared at me and told me to look at the pictures on the fax machine. Refused to click any buttons for me nor tell me if I was doing it correctly. The worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
