- BBBill BAug 20, 20261.0Very frustrating experience. I have tried calling multiple times and can never get anyone to answer the phone. Good customer service starts with being available to your customers, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience. At the very least, calls should be answered or returned in a reasonable amount of time.

About the only guarantee you can get from the Custer County post office is that you're package will not be delivered on time and the postmaster has the worst attitude possible. We need a change in this town. This is absolutely pathetic from the postmaster, the employees, to the drivers. Pure laziness over such an easy job
