From start to finish, the experience was exceptional and Sara was the reason why! I have to be honest: I haven’t always had the best experiences at USPS locations in the past. Employees can sometimes seem rushed, stressed, or unhappy to be there. Sara was the complete opposite. She was an absolute gem and brought a level of warmth, patience, and genuine joy to the experience that you could actually feel. Sara took her time with us, carefully walked us through everything, explained our options, answered all of our questions, and made sure every detail was done correctly. Most importantly, she made sure our entire family felt welcomed, taken care of, and completely satisfied before we left. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Sara is a wonderful representative of USPS, and I hope her supervisors know what a valuable employee they have in her. She made what could have been a stressful process easy and enjoyable.
