A perfect example of the incompetency of United States of america. Everyone hates USPS and no one wants to have to participate in it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THE MANAGER, employee #10 is a foul human being. Extremely rude and unpleasant. She doesn't want to work and takes it out on her customers. I brought in 11 prepaid packages and a few envelopes that I spent over $100 on USPS labels for. THE ONLY THING the employee has to do is simply scan them in and print you a receipt. Thats it!! Generally, it literally takes under 1 minute.. I did all the work and paid for it. Their responsibility, of simply scanning in the items, is apparently too much to expect here. They don't have a self-service machine. Which leaves the responsibility on them. This is part of their job description! Yet everytime I have over like 5 packages and she sees it, she comes running from the back to confront me. THIS IS NOT USPS POLICY! This is her made-up rule so she doesn't have to work and pushes the responsibility off onto another USPS employee. Wasting everyone's time!! What makes this disgraceful is that this is a manager / supervisor who is doing this!! She has been doing this a longtime. Last time she told me to "go to a different location from now on". Just because I had 1 minute of work for her to do HER JOB. I absolutely dread having to come here. Don't expect to get any help. Don't expect to be treated like a person. Do not expect to be treated or talked to with respect, or decency even. Here you're not seen as a good customer who just brought them $100 of business for the day. Instead you're seen and treated as if you're simply an inconvenience. You are threatened, shamed, ridiculed, and made to feel bad about yourself, simply for asking them to do their job!! I have a small business so i ship frequently.. This is the ONLY USPS location I've ever encountered to behave this way!!

Sue, the manager, is extremely rude not only to customers but also to her employees. It’s so bad that I had to file an inspector general complaint on her. I’d go to the Windsor post office instead.
