  This is the fourth time that I have sent a package through ups and it never arrives to his destination and on top of that when I try to track it or the other party tries to track it you cannot track the package why is that? Employee number 283277 employee name Serena did a horrible job assistant me trying to get this sent off horrible employee

  The e service here is great the people are always very nice. The Amazon machine makes returns very quick and easy. Sometimes it’s down

  I recently had a very frustrating experience with an employee named J.W. at the Thornton UPS location. I called for assistance, but he provided no helpful information whatsoever. His repeated responses were 'I don't know' and 'I don't control the weather.' While I understand weather is uncontrollable, his dismissive attitude and complete lack of customer service skills left me feeling unheard and disrespected. This is not the level of service I expect from UPS."

  I went into return an Amazon item which it states right on the label free, but the jerk behind the counter wanted to discriminate against me because I was not white like the lady in front of me and he wouldn't take my package. He wanted to charge me $5 so I had to go to the one off 120th so I could drop it for free like it's supposed to be. Don't go here they will discriminate against you unless you're white. BOYCOTT THIS STORE THEY DISCRIMINATE.
