  They refused to accept USPS packages, and the Wi-Fi is so slow it’s practically useless. Customer service was terrible from the start. Avoid this place at all costs. And yes, that excuse is BS. The Arvada 64th location is smaller than yours and somehow has a large, designated bin for USPS packages. So what’s your excuse for the Wi-Fi running at less than 1 Mbps? I literally had to walk outside and stand by a tree just to get enough service to pull up a QR code. There’s no excuse for either one. Poor service, terrible Wi-Fi, and zero customer service. I won’t be back.

  Before going to this location, I called twice to try to find some information about having a passport photo taken. I called the first time at 8:30 then again at 9:44. Nobody answered the phone rang seven times arrive at 10:30. I went in and there’s just one person being helped so I step aside was ready to wait. He asked me what I wanted. I said a passport photo can’t do it. You have to come back at 12 o’clock when there’s two people here. I was willing to wait for him to help with the first woman who was there previous to me and I asked him well how come when I called this morning you didn’t answer the phone. He had no answer for that So I turned around to leave and I said you know had you answered the phone I would’ve known about this and he goes. Don’t say anything. He was basically telling me to shut up he didn’t want to hear it the fact that he didn’t answer the phone when he probably should’ve this morning two times. I’m like what are you talking about? Do not tell me what I can and cannot say so I told him you need to learn some customer service. Had you answered the phone the two times I called I possibly would’ve known about this however he wasn’t busy. He was what we call lazy, has no customer service skills so I suggest the supervisor figure out who was there at 10:30 am on Tuesday, Oct 6 in the morning because this one person needs a good talking to you about customer service and doing his job. So I walked out and left and I went to Walgreens and have my photo taken. I would leave zero stars if I could!

  The staff At this store were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a not good experience at other printing stores in the area, but these guys went out of their way to be helpful and I got the best price of anywhere in the area for what I needed done. I highly recommend them.

  The gentleman who took my package never scanned it in- never put the proper rfid tracker on but I watched him put the label on it? He most likely stole my 200$ package. I’d press charges if I knew who did it. Love that for me! Actually never using UPS again because of this. I got part of my money back from my claim but I don’t care. I’m livid. - clearly you don’t. But thanks for the response. lol

  I was at this UPS location in Superior 9/22/26 at 8:25 AM. I tried to ship a package, but when I was quoted $40, I told the man with a hat and thick rimmed glasses that it was too much money and I would not be shipping. He then proceeded to mutter and curse under his breath at me. The person in line behind me also heard him griping at me. Completely unprofessional.
