Postal employees are kind and helpful; ... however stay away from the post master in Georgetown! She is rude, arrogant, snobish, angry, obstinate, generally unhelpful, and will go against post office rules and policy to make her day easier and yours harder. She doesn't go by her employers rules, she goes by what she says, and that's the only way. She also refuses to cash postal money orders that are deemed cashable by the federal government.
