- PPPedro felipe Alvarado PabónJul 20, 20261.0El servicio es el peor que e tenido ese seńora que trabaja hay es de lo peor atiende cuando quiere te dice que valla mańana por que ella tiene mucho trabajo y no puede buscar tu orden le hablas en español y te sigue hablando en inglés como si no le estuviera hablando en español te deja hablando solo en el mostrador y se va ya en muchas ocasiones me a pasado lo mismo se que somos seres humanos y necesitamos trabajar pero está seńora se encarga de tratar mal a las personas se exige que la cambien de área y pongan un personal más competitivo ya que para eso pagamos al servicio de ustedes para tener una buena atención y un buen servicio no recibir malos tratos de sus trabajadores
- AAALIJul 20, 20261.0Rude. I was waiting for 5 minutes for service. Noted there was a bell and ringed it. About a minute later a very short woman, no name tag, said I rang the wrong bell rather irritadedly. The bell was really loud but I didn't know which one to use. She then would not accept my packages after repackaging for the 3rd time for a single lithium battery per package and was told to go to UPS. Third time I repackaged ... . First 2 times I was told I could ship a lithium battery and told to repackage differently and it would be ground mailed. Make up your mind USPS. ALSO, she was very dubious of the amount of packages I had and questioned why I had so many, after stating why I had so many and making me explain myself further that my son left his camera and lithium batteries who lives in New Mexico ... lithium batteries!? Ugh.
