  Had a package scheduled to beleivered on a monday,they marked it as no access,house sits about 40ft off the road. Next day the package was marked no recipient at 9am, and I found out that the package was never even given to the delivery person. The manager couldn't even give an explanation as to why. I had to use my own time and my own gas to pick up my package I had paid to have delivered,I was told they dont compensate anyone for their errors. No accountability and they wonder why people dont use the usps.

  Terrible experience my mail has been going to the wrong address had me waiting for a supervisor for a half hour when she finally came up looking like she was in the back asleep someone else ended up talking to me he pretty much said there was nothing they could do and said it's not like your mail is getting sent to another state good thing you don't live far away from where your mail is going he said so after all the waiting was just a waste of time the lady up front had to call a supervisor like 4 or 5 times crazy ridiculous guess I just have to deal with it and pick up my own mail at another address negative 5 stars wow unbelievable!

  Mail carrier doesn't know how to properly deliver packages. My item needed a signature (thankfully, since my post office is notorious about misdelivering). We waited all day for the carrier - they never came. Notice says we were not available, but they definitely did NOT come to the door. Now the lady at the counter is RUDE and says it "ain't here". (Notice says it'll be here by 9am on 7/7 - got here just before 6pm on 7/7, but she can't be bothered.) Honestly, I don't know why this lady even works here.. my daughter deals with her at least once or twice a month and she is pretty much always rude. She is the most unprofessional postal worker I've ever had to deal with (and that's saying A LOT!!) The other worker at the counter was a sweetheart and said she doesn't normally do this job - but did it with a smile and she FOUND MY PACKAGE! (This was after the RUDE Black lady asked her if she paged the manager - like girl, no she didn't because you did not ask her to!) The nice lady said they're understaffed - i can see why. I wouldn't want to work with this rude lady either!! In fact, I don't want to deal with her at all, so we're going to start taking the majority of our packages to UPS to avoid this rude postal worker.

  Why is it that multiple MULTIPLE pieces of mail have just disappeared?? They say delivered and nothing. Are you guys that incompetent?? Like I dont understand how you guys KEEP misdelivering mail or just not delivering it at all! I had a very important piece of mail coming. Wasn't sure when it was going to be here. If I wouldn't have been outside talking to a neighbor when I checked my mail, they never would've gotten their ballot and I never would've gotten my extremely important letter. This has got to stop! Our names are clearly written just inside our mailbox. If you cant read you shouldn't be delivering mail 🤷‍♀️

  Our mail delivery had been better for a while, until recent issues. My voter ballot was in my Informed Delivery email, but instead of mine, I received my neighbor's mail-in ballot. Luckily, they were standing outside when I got it out. So they then checked their mail - they received a VERY important piece of mail that belongs to my daughter (which we had been waiting for and which did NOT appear in my Informed Delivery emails). They did NOT have my ballot tho. I made a report online and (despite requesting email reply) she called and left voice mail to let me know that the post office doesn't know where my ballot was delivered to: "We cannot track mail so you might just have to vote in person unfortunately and um hopefully it shows up again" But she did *assure* me that "the carrier already knows where your apartment is and everything" Like, what????? We pay outrageous prices to use the postal service but we cannot expect to receive our mail (even worse, government mail). The usps should be ashamed.
