I don't speak English and the person who attended me first got angry because I didn't put the address on the box and carried it on a paper which I didn't know because it's my first shipment, I apologized and then because I need to take the translator out a minute of his time to ask me what the box contained, he said: "Jesus" in front of a long line, I understood that clearly of course and it made me crying all morning. I think they need to have friendler and less racist staff
