  I went to recycle a damaged monitor. The person at the front was new so he needed assistance. It took a few minutes for someone to arrive. In the end the transaction was completed and the person at the register now knows how to recycle monitors.

  Rude people at the print shop. After I spent time trying to get my pdf to email to them so they could open it. On the 3rd time the guy said oh it's too big of a file. He had seen what I was trying to send so should have seen how big the file was. After I went home and printed it and came back, woman now working behind the counter, told me that the plastic cover for my document was free. Came good morning and no they weren't free. So I was lied to. I didn't event want the covers but she said I might add well since they were free. Won't be back for printing that's for sure.

  The print quality and turnaround time were excellent and would have earned five stars. Unfortunately, Staples followed that great service with an excessive barrage of promotional emails—almost daily. The volume is inconsiderate and has turned a positive experience into enough frustration that I no longer want to use their services. Good work deserves recognition, but respecting your customers’ inboxes matters too. Update: Note the reply ignored what I actually said and just assumed my grievance was the printing and not the fact that they spam my inbox daily.

  Staples Pueblo CO. needs to decide if they are Amazon or staples. I had to wait for a clerk to come and check out to buy a staples product as all the clerks were helping take Amazon returns. Then I was short changed because of rounding and the clerk was running back to the Amazon line and didn't hear me ask about it.

  I went to Staples needing 211 front and back pages copied, the young man that helped me took the pages and began copying immediately, a few minutes later I asked him if he would be able to punch holes in them to put in a binder, he got a little irritated and stopped the copier and informed me that the copier can do that if I would have told him in the beginning I apologized for the inconvenience I wasn't aware the copier could do that, he responded by telling me it wasn't a problem he was just dealing with a migraine. When the job was complete he asked for my email and took my payment of $94.41 I took my copies and originals and left the store and realized I did not get a receipt so I went back noticed the young man that helped me was busy so went to a register and asked if the can reprint my receipt because I didnt get one, they reprinted it and questioned why I was charged for Express Guarantee, they explained they should have quoted me 2 options express or pick up later which never was, when I approached the young man who helped me as why this wasn't done he said he had received a call earlier about a quote for a job similar in quantity to mine which wasn't the case and didnt even ask if it was, he should have asked me and given me the option to come back and given me a quote which he didnt.
